      • Client to provide: Detergents and specific laundering instructions.

    • Restock provided toiletries and supplies.

      • Client to provide: Inventory list and restocking items.

    • Clean and sanitize all rooms, including kitchens and bathrooms.

    • Empty trash bins and dispose of garbage appropriately.

    • Report any damages or missing items to the Client immediately.

    • We require a checklist specific to your rental property needs.

    • listing link/images of how the rental property is staged for each new tenant.

    • Replacement/refill supplies should be accessible to the cleaners. This includes, but doesn’t limit to:

      • laundry detergent

      • soap

      • dishwasher detergent

      • towels

      • bed linens

    • Pet caused mess (dependent on the level of severity)

    • Replacing any broken item by the tenant

    • Excessive pet waste

    • Drug paraphernalia

    • Crime scenes

Post-Construction Clean

Specialized cleaning to address construction residues:

    • Removal of construction dust from all surfaces.

    • Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and closets.

    • Wiping down walls, baseboards, and light fixtures.

    • Cleaning interior windows and removing stickers or labels.

    • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors.

    • Disposal of minor construction debris (excluding hazardous materials).

    • Initial consultation (leave about 30 minutes for this meeting)

    • 50% cost due at booking, 2nd 50% is due 24 hours prior to cleaning.

    • If you want linens switched please have new linens easily accessible

    • If you need to reschedule, we need 48 hours or less notice before original appointment.
